CREATIVE CLOSEUP: Rocking Horse Cafe

The Rocking Horse Café is an authentic Mexican restaurant where the owners and staff are committed to offering customers the very best sustainable, local and organic Mexican cuisine available. The restaurant opened it’s doors in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood in 1988, and has been a neighborhood staple ever since.

After 24 years in business, the restaurant’s owners approached Alamini Creative Group and charged them with the task of revamping their website. ACG met the challenge head on and totally revitalized the site to capture the character, flair and imagery of the restaurant and the essence of its cuisine. 

“It’s a lively, yet warm and inviting place,” said Jennifer Bergamini, Creative Director of ACG, “and we wanted to capture that with bold beautiful photos and colorful icons while keeping the lines clean and the user-friendliness high.” 

In 2013, the newly designed Rocking Horse Café website (below) made its debut to rave reviews!
