CREATIVE CLOSEUP: The Managed Care Technical Assistance Center (MCTAC) Website

The Alamini Creative Group recently unveiled the inaugural website of The Managed Care Technical Assistance Center (MCTAC), a web-based initiative to assist behavioral health providers in the transition to Medicaid Managed Care. Led by the McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research, in partnership with the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse (CASA) at Columbia University and a group of leading academic and service-delivery organizations, MCTAC provides a variety of tools and trainings to assist providers in improving their business and clinical practices as they navigate the changing healthcare environment.

Involved in the project from the beginning, Alamini created the strategy as well as the design and development for the site, which features a custom-built content management system. The result is an easy-to-navigate, uncluttered site that provides timely and helpful information and tools as well as “Office Hours” which are Q&A sessions scheduled around topic areas presented through webinars.
