CREATIVE CLOSEUP: CT Corporation Customer Service

In 2013, our client CT Corporation asked us to create a campaign that highlighted the company’s excellent customer service.  The campaign would be unveiled at the National Association of Legal Assistants conference.  

To capture the essence of the company’s customer services department and differentiate it from the competition, Alamini Creative Group interviewed key customer specialists in CT Corporation’s New York and Chicago offices.  Each specialist’s personal view of working with their clients was featured on various campaign elements, which included a conference presentation, conference signage and a mailer.   These personal expressions humanized the campaign and emphasized the high level of caring and personalized service provided by CT Corporation.
