CREATIVE CLOSEUP: UNDP on Building National Capacities for Conflict Prevention Annual Report 2018

As in 2016 and 2017, Alamini Creative Group had the honor of designing the 2018 Annual Report for The United Nations Development Programme’s Joint UNDP-DPA Programme on Building National Capacities for Conflict Prevention. The function of this report is to highlight the work done by the Joint Programme and the impact it has in the more than 60 countries it serves throughout the world.

For this year’s report, ACG created a design that incorporated a bold color palette, compelling imagery and large typographic call outs to convey the client’s story in a powerful way. The Annual Report was unveiled during the UNDP-DPA Programme Annual Meeting in May, 2019, which was attended by high-level United Nationals executives and members.

The United Nations Development Programme’s Joint UNDP-DPA Programme on Building National Capacities for Conflict Prevention is built on the premise that national actors lead the way in conflict prevention efforts, and that success in prevention is a pre-condition for achieving sustainable development. Widely recognized for its work on conflict prevention, the Joint Programme consistently leads successful ground-breaking initiatives to support the establishment of national peace architectures and local mediators.
