The Community Technical Assistance Center – known as CTAC – has been a long-time client of Alamini Creative Group. They are a training, consultation and educational resource center serving all behavioral health agencies in New York State. They recently asked ACG to strategize, design and develop a website platform that is dynamic and forward-thinking. ACG created a clean and visually engaging design with a streamlined navigational flow that provides an easy-to-use enhanced experience for the viewers. In addition, the site has a custom-built front end and Content Management System (CMS) that:

• Meets the client’s visual, content and functionality needs.

• Allows for flexible future expansion.

• Enables CTAC to easily make edits and additions to the website internally.

• Provides built-in flexibility for how CTAC displays content and who can access that content.

• Has a log-in area that allows for gating and tracking of key content.

In addition, the new website features a searchable database of training sessions with a drill down menu of search criteria. Tracking and reporting capabilities are custom built into the back office of the site to meet the client’s reporting requirements. You can view the new CTAC website at
