CREATIVE CLOSEUP: The New York City Early Childhood Mental Health Training and Technical Assistance Center Website
Effective websites are designed and developed to grow with the company or organization they represent and need to be refreshed with the latest technology. The New York City Early Childhood Mental Health Training and Technical Assistance Center (TTAC) provides training and technical assistance for professionals who work with young children to promote positive mental health in the early years. TTAC combines the expertise of the New York Center for Child Development and the McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research at NYU.
TTAC’s existing website was out of date visually and lacked the modern functionality needed to present their content in the most effective way. In addition to redesigning the organizations logo, Alamini Creative Group strategized a bold and a modern website design providing users with an easy-to-use navigational experience. The newly designed site also features:
• Key areas for rotating promotional content.
• New fonts and a dynamic color palette to enhance the design and highlight key content.
• A new Trainings page that allows users to search past and upcoming trainings by filtering from a variety of criteria.
• A login area that provides registered users access to expanded training content.
• A customized back office developed to allow the TTAC team room to grow, by easily editing and customizing new content as needed.
The new website provides TTAC with a technologically advanced platform on which to expand their offerings and gain key visibility through a powerful brand presence. It was also GDUSA 2021 American Graphic Design Award, Online Design winner.
